Nonprofit Health System

A clinical trial search app for a research institute within a major hospital system to streamline searching for clinical trials, allowing both patients and physicians to efficiently search and filter trials based on criteria such as medical condition, location, eligibility requirements, and trial phase—enhancing patient engagement and supporting research recruitment efforts.

Tenant Portal, Tenant Manager & Conference Room Booking Software

Coworking Facility

This tool manages all aspects of a coworking facility. It allows the owner to manage tenants, process fees, and run profit & loss reports. Tenants log in and manage their profiles, book the conference room and view/print their invoices. We also built a client directory and touch-screen conference room reservation system.

Shipping / Receiving Kiosk, Digital Signage with Plant Status Displays, Custom Reporting & Data Dashboards

Aerospace Heat Treating Company

For this project, we partnered with a heat treating company to develop a suite of integrated tools that enhance operational visibility and streamline logistics. The solution connects directly to the client’s Bluestreak QMS + MES software, which supports industries like metal finishing, powder coating, and heat treating with end-to-end process management—from quoting and order entry to real-time production tracking and certification generation. Our custom application reads and writes data to Bluestreak, enabling the creation of tailored reports and dynamic order displays shown on monitors throughout the plant. In the shipping and receiving area, we built a touchscreen kiosk that allows truck drivers to scan orders, instantly updating order status and information within Bluestreak. The system also supports the creation and management of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes, helping the client maintain quality and compliance across their operations.

Shipment Tracking & Billing App with EDI Document Creation and Submission

Transportation Company

For a leading LTL transportation company, we developed a comprehensive Shipment Tracking and Billing application that enabled the client to transition to EDI-based invoicing. This all-in-one platform manages every aspect of the pickup and delivery process, including bill of lading creation, customer and carrier account management, and invoice generation. It dynamically creates and submits EDI 210 and EDI 214 documents, calculates rates from over 9,000 airport locations using city and country codes, and provides real-time shipment status tracking. Customers can also access shipment updates through a web-based portal, while the system tracks costs and performance from a single interface.

In the HR space, we built a centralized portal for an electrical services firm to support employee engagement and compliance. Electricians can upload and manage their certifications, while the HR team maintains a central repository of documents and training materials. The portal also features internal news and announcements, employee recognition tools, secure Microsoft 365 login integration, and a support ticket system. An administrative dashboard allows HR staff to manage all content efficiently.

Commercial Door & Hardware Company

Our client was managing change orders across multiple disconnected spreadsheets, making it difficult to maintain visibility and control. We built a custom web application that centralized tracking, introduced an approval workflow, and provided real-time insight into dollars shipped, billing status, aging, and gross margin requirements. This solution streamlined their process and improved financial accuracy and accountability.

Portfolio & Tenant Manager

Real Estate Investment Company

For a real estate investment firm, we created a Portfolio and Tenant Management application that simplifies property tracking and financial oversight. Users can capture and geolocate images of prospective investments directly into the database, manage tenant records including rent collection and security deposits, and calculate cap rates for their portfolio. The app also generates lease agreements, produces profit and loss reports, and integrates with a payment processor API to facilitate seamless financial transactions.
